Rustico has over 25 years experience in the food industry, here in Adelaide and overseas. We strive to produce the best sourdough products.

Rustico is committed to sourcing practices that support regenerative agriculture and the farmers practicing it. All our flour and ingredients come from local South Australian and Australian regional mills and farmers.

Our wholesale clients amongst the best foodies in S.A., they include wineries, restaurants, cafes, bars and sporting venues.

We are open 8am – 11am every Saturday morning to the public. Please visit us and enjoy our range of the freshest piping hot handcrafted sourdough loaves and stone-baked breads at our retail site.
